Ranges shown are typical for the region and are not quotations. An actual price is issued only in a written scope following an on-site evaluation, and depends on findings that cannot be known in advance — principally the depth at which support reaches competent bearing.
Licensing
Louisiana requires a Home Improvement Registration for residential projects from $7,500 to $50,000, and a Residential or Commercial license above $50,000. Verify any contractor's credentials, including ours, with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors before entering a contract.
